	SenderConnected	This will be called when a video sneder has been connected to this object.
	SenderDisconnected	This will be called when a video sender has been disconnected from this object.
	SetPreferredSendFormats
	SetSupportedFormats	Sets the video formats that the video handler can receive. If no video format specified, all formats are supported.
