Remarks
Inherited from the IVideoReceiver class, so it can be connected to IVideoSender objects.
The class implements the IPhoneCallAttachable interface so it can be attached to a ICall object.
When a PhoneCallVideoSender is attached to an ICall object, it will send the available video data to the attached call.
